The Challenge
To inform and educate Lafayette, Louisiana residents about the benefits of bringing fiber to every home and business in the city in an attempt to have the initiative approved through a public referendum.
Our Thinking
To develop and execute a multimedia and public relations approach inclusive of direct mail newsletters, bill stuffers and postcards, feature stories, radio, print, and weekly live call-in TV programs to directly speak to identified stakeholders in the community.
Why It Worked
Through a public referendum, the measure to extend fiber to every home and business in the city was approved by 62%, and Graham Group was able to drive nearly double the expected voters to the polls.
